Abstract
This study investigates and compares the job satisfaction levels of loco pilots in the Guntakal and Vijayawada divisions of Indian Railways. Job satisfaction is a critical factor influencing employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness (Authors V. G. V. Rajani Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, KBN College PG Centre, India., 2021). The research aims to identify the key factors contributing to satisfaction or dissatisfaction among loco pilots, considering aspects such as working conditions, organizational support, and opportunities for advancement (Authors V. Data was gathered through surveys and existing research on employee satisfaction within the Indian Railways, focusing on organizational factors and employee-employer relationships (Authors V. G. V. The study analyzes the perceptions of employees regarding various elements like working hours, job security, and skill development programs (Authors V. G. V.
