Abstract

This study investigates and compares the job satisfaction levels of loco pilots in the Guntakal and Vijayawada divisions of Indian Railways. Job satisfaction is a critical factor influencing employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness (Authors V. G. V. The research aims to identify the key factors contributing to satisfaction or dissatisfaction among loco pilots, considering aspects such as working conditions, organizational support, and opportunities for advancement (Authors V.
