Abstract

However, the regulatory landscape in India remains uncertain, with evolving policies and debates on its legality and impact on the economy. This study explores the challenges and opportunities in Cryptocurrency regulation in India, analyzing the government’s stance, RBI policies, and global best practices. The research is based on qualitative and quantitative data, providing insights into how regulations can be structured to foster innovation while mitigating risks. The study concludes with policy recommendations to create a balanced regulatory framework.
