Abstract

Identifying and prioritizing critical success factors (CSFs) is essential for these ventures to strategically allocate resources, enhance their competitive positioning, and sustain long-term growth. This paper presents an integrative analysis to identify the most impactful CSFs for biotech start-ups in India.
