The Rise of Digital Arrests: Cybercrime in the Modern Era

This paper explores the rise of digital arrests in the context of cybercrime from 2014 to 2024, The research aims to analyse the Digital Detention Scams and the Tactics Used by Cybercriminals in India and technologies used by law enforcement to detect, investigate, and prevent cybercrime.
