The Use of Learning Management Systems in Higher Education: A Critical Review

The use of learning management systems (LMS) has become ubiquitous in higher education. LMS provide a platform for delivering course materials, facilitating communication between students and instructors, and managing student assessments. However, the effectiveness of LMS in promoting student learning outcomes has been questioned, and concerns have been raised about their impact on pedagogy and student engagement.
