The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Skill Performance, And Its Importance in Improving the Performance of Football Players.

The current research paper aimed to in identify  relationship of emotional intelligence to the skill performance of football players, by providing a statistical analysis to indicate the existence  of statistical difference in the level of emotional intelligence and skill performance according to the nature of competition, where was the descriptive method used and the emotional intelligence scale and the skill performance questionnaire as tools for collecting data from a sample of 36 players in msila, and based on statistical analysis the search found:
