Abstract

Mass media play an important role in shaping human psychology. It multiplies messages and reach a number of people in a stipulated time period. For this characteristics, mass media is called magic multiplier. Media are social systems and have some specific goals. In the present scenario, media convergence merges all form of media in digital platforms and delivers a dynamic experience. Due to this reason, content availability is no more an issue. And creating versatile contents are one of the most preferred jobs in social media presently. And media in any forms have some role in shaping human psychology and behavior.


Being relevant socially is a basic need in our lives, standing in 2023. Media is changing its style of operation, to be relevant and valid in human minds. Types of contents, presentation of contents are changing; and our way of perceiving information are changing. The word media do not count print and electronic media or news portals only. In the developmental period of the children, media in any form do have some roles and the current study will analyze this role standing in 2023 where children has witnessed a transformation in their lifestyles without any prior notice and preparation.
