Abstract

Nothing can better emphasize the need for change. Every organisation needs to change with time; failing which, it stands the risk of being pushed into oblivion and being labeled as obsolete by the more enterprising competitors in the market. Managing change within an organisation in the context of incorporating AI may be challenging, as it demands significant transformation across systems, processes, and mindsets. The present research looks at shortcomings and proposed practices for handling changes correlated to artificial intelligence integration. This study emphasizes at best practices and challenges in managing the change pertaining with artificial intelligence integration. Critically reviewed are major refers to consist of staff issues, knowledge gaps, and the need for innovations to organizational culture.
