Abstract

Higher education institutions have long recognized the importance of student success in their academic and professional careers. Learning communities have emerged as an effective way to support student success by fostering collaborative and supportive environments that promote academic achievement and personal growth. This paper explores the role of learning communities in enhancing student success in higher education by reviewing and analyzing existing literature. The findings suggest that learning communities positively impact student success by promoting engagement, retention, and graduation rates, as well as improving academic performance and personal development.
