Abstract

In recent years, personalized learning has gained increasing attention as a potentially effective approach to improve student achievement. This study aims to investigate the impact of personalized learning on student achievement, including academic performance and motivation. A systematic review of relevant literature was conducted to analyze the current state of research on personalized learning and its impact on student achievement. The review reveals that personalized learning can positively affect student achievement in a number of ways, including increasing student motivation, engagement, and academic performance. However, the implementation of personalized learning also faces several challenges, such as teacher training, technological infrastructure, and individualization for students. This study suggests that more research is needed to fully understand the effects of personalized learning on student achievement and how to optimize its implementation.
