Abstract
The importance of the current study lies in highlighting the impact of job analysis on achieving job satisfaction in sports facilities, through a good and correct analysis of the job requirements and placing the right man in the right place. This will achieve job satisfaction and thus achieve the ultimate goal of these facilities with high efficiency, the lowest costs, and on the specified dates. According to a pre-prepared plan. As the study was conducted at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of Bouira and its affiliated sports facilities, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on a set of methods and tools for collecting information represented by a questionnaire directed to the managers of the sports facilities affiliated with the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of Bouira, where the sample was 30 Walking, where a set of results were produced, the latter of which confirm that job analysis has an impact on achieving job satisfaction in sports institutions.
