Job Analysis and Its Reflection on Achieving Job Satisfaction in Sports Facilities.

Abstract

 The importance of the current study lies in highlighting the impact of job analysis on achieving job satisfaction in sports facilities, through a good and correct analysis of the job requirements and placing the right man in the right place. This will achieve job satisfaction and thus achieve the ultimate goal of these facilities with high efficiency, the lowest costs, and on the specified dates. According to a pre-prepared plan.
