The Juristic Preferences of al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani in Fath al-Bari through the Book of Fasting: A Case Study on Issues Related to the Timing of Ramadan

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companions, all together. After this, due to the scholarly stature of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani and the importance of his book "Fath al-Bari," this research titled "Juridical Choices of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani in his Book Fath al-Bari Through the Chapter of Fasting: Issues Related to the Start of Ramadan as an Example" has been presented. The aim is to elucidate the jurisprudential choices of Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani concerning the issues of "the start of Ramadan" and to study them through the chapter of fasting in his book "Fath al-Bari".
